Graduation
The Southwest High School Graduation will be Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Minneapolis Convention Center
The Auditorium doors will open at 6 pm for general seating. Every guest and graduating senior MUST have a ticket to enter the Convention Center exterior doors through the metal detectors. This is mandated by the Convention Center and their security team. Seniors are to arrive by 6 pm and use the 3rd Ave. entrance. Guests may go through the metal detectors before 6 pm then stay inside the Convention Center atrium until the Auditorium doors open. There is not readmittance if you leave. Again, it is important to know that a ticket is required to enter the Convention Center.
This Friday, June 7th at 9 am, all graduating seniors will have rehearsal at Southwest in the West Gym. At rehearsal they will receive their gown and tickets. You must bring your completed green card with you and exchange it for your cap, gown, and six guest tickets.
