There will be a be a Fall Sports Information Night held at Southwest on Wednesday, Aug. 7 from 5:30-7 in the SW Commons.

Need financial assistance to cover fees? Ask us about scholarships.

Sports Physicals

Practicing with a team requires a physical exam.

If a physical for the current year is not on file, please connect with your family physician, or make an appointment at the School Based Clinic at Southwest.
